Ernie Capobianco

After spending most of his professional life creating value for companies, Ernie “Rocco” now focuses on a single mission – To leave this planet in a better place than it is currently. His main focus is on non-profits that help those currently underserved, like the children of The Bridge School who would otherwise, have an almost impossible time of integrating into our society.

A graduate of Boston University with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Computer information Systems from Boston’s Bentley University, he spent most of his career as CFO at some of the world’s largest ad agencies.

In 2011, Rocco started his own agency with 14 people and grew it to over 225 people in a little over five years where they focused on digital marketing, big data and predictive modeling. He sold his firm in 2016 and is now the president of the board of The Bridge School. As president of the Bridge Board, Rocco wants to increase the visibility of the Bridge School to allow us to spread our incredible methodologies and protocols to children in need all over the world.

In addition to the Bridge School, Rocco works with organizations which work to empower women from post conflict countries such as Afghanistan and Syria.
